I happened upon this dress today and I was speechless. It's so good it's crazy.

Plexiglass-beaded detail — get out of town! Bottega Veneta outdid themselves with this chiffon-trimmed silk-blend satin dress. The video on Net-a-Porter will make your jaw drop. It's chic, with just enough edge. I love it! The shoes are even perfect. I wouldn't change a thing (well, maybe the earrings). As for the price ... sigh.

Spring is here. There is no going back. In fact, summer may have already arrived.

In my neck of the woods, we barely had a winter. I'm talking 60 degree days. So technically, winter was our spring. And spring fast-forwarded to summer. Turning on the AC in March seems a bit ridiculous, don't you think?

Of course, it's easy to embrace a colorful season with 80 degree weather. And this ultra-feminine frock by Meadham Kirchhoff makes me as happy as the Easter bunny. As for the rest of the SS12 collection, over-the-top merriment! So, go ahead spring ... come early. I am armed and arm-candied ready!

Delicious! Please excuse me while I take another bite.

I have had my eye on the Akris spring collection. And I admit, I am obsessed. Clean lines. Bold colors and prints. Seriously thoughtful details. And no fuss.

This is fabulous! I want to wear it right now.

Paisley. Etro's mark of identity.

From the very first collection, Etro clearly mastered prints. And the tribal influenced spring 2012 collection brings the best yet. The gorgeous, sexy cuts, the flirty styles, the brilliant colors — all support the magnificent motifs we've come to expect from Etro. This talent with prints is what makes Etro a unique lifestyle brand. One that cannot be duplicated.

brandipicA wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. And an ambassador for Noonday Collection. Brandi Mendenhall is not only deeply rooted in her community in Raleigh, NC, but also involved in an incredible cause that effects the lives of those all over the world.

Brandi believes that every one of us can make a difference. And she's doing just that, connecting you with the lives of artisans struggling for a better future. In the case of Noonday, fashion and design are the vehicle for opportunity and change. A change that you and I can be proud of supporting by wearing the stylish designs created from the heart.

Noonday Collection began organically, while founder, Jessica Honegger, was visiting Uganda in February 2010. After holding hundreds of children without moms and dads, she and her husband decided to adopt internationally from Rwanda. During Jessica's stay, she met up with long time friends who had lived in Uganda for many years. After hearing the stories of the Ugandan people trying to create sustainable income opportunities, Jessica realized she was there for more than one reason. Shortly after her return to the states, the first Noonday Collection trunk show was born. The work of talented artisans could finally be shared all the way across the globe.

From jewelry and scarves to shoes and arm warmers to handbags and home décor, there is something for everyone. And there is much to be excited about! Beautiful pieces. Beautiful stories. A beautiful way to support.
